Subject: Chords. Old Age (With the "I'm So High" intro)-Unplugged version. Hole

Hole

"Old Age"

Hole: MTV Unplugged In New York City.

Lyrics written by Courtney Love, Hole.

Music by Kurt Cobain, Nirvana.

Ok, I'm not sure if this absolutely 100% correct, I think it is, this is

what I saw from the Unplugged so here... This whole song was played by Eric

Erlandson. (My Favorite!

Ok, This was sange with the "I'm So High" chant also used in the beggining

of "Credit In The Straight World" which was on Live Through This, but this

time the words are changed around a little bit and and they (Courtney Love

and Mellissa Auf Der Maur) also sange "Rest In Peace" in the begining and

ending...

If you have heard the song then you probably already know that you should

upstring a lot. I didn't list where. If you would like to specificly know

where e-mail me.

 E G# C# E G# C# E

And I will aw-ake your highness I'm so high I cannot talk

 E G# C#

And I will aw-ake

E G# C# E C# G#

You cripple you take away my time my peace my dig-ni-ty

   E C# G# C# G#

No baby sleeps when you're near me

      C# G#

Your unborn love and fetal dress

 E G# C#

A bitter candy-fated caress

E EE E C#C#C# G#G#G#

 E C#

What was she for Halloween?

   E C#

The ugliest girl you ever seen

 E G# C# E

Someday she will die alone

 E C#

Someday she won't have to fake it

       E C#

When living with it-self seemed sacred

 E G# C#

Someday he will die alone

 E C# E

He seemed to me to know

  E C# E

All the glitter turned sour

 E C# E

All that lied in his face

C# E

Jesus saves

 C# G# C# C# G# C# C# G# C#

Old a - age, old a - age, old a - age

 E C#

It's ok to kill your idols

 E C#

Just pretend you have no rivals

 C# G# E

They all think that she-e is head-less

 E C#

Spits at music it's not an issue

 E C#

Just remove this able tissue

 C# G# E

They all think that we-e were friend-less

 E C# E

He seemed to me to know

 E C# E

All the glitter turned sour

 E C# E

All the lied in my face

C# G# C# C# G# C# C# G# C#

Old a - age, old a - age, old a - age

C# G#

And I begged him I said "Pretty please...

C# G# E

Just make me pure again just make me cleee-yeah-ean..."

 E C#

What was she for Halloween?

   E C#

The ugliest girl you've ever seen

 E C# G# E

Someday she will die for no one

 E C#

And what was she for Valentine's?

 E C#

An old forgotten rape of mine

 E G# C#

Someday she will die alone

 E C# E

He seemed to me to know

 E C# E

(Courtney and Mellissa)

Rest in me and

Peace in pieces

Rest in peace and

Peace in pieces

(Mellissa continues singing in the background "She said, she said")

We're sorry, so sorry, we're sorre-e-ey (Mellissa stops)

Rest in piece and me in pieces

Rest in me and

Peace in pieces...
